Authorize to accept and expend federal funds in the amount of $672,781 from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Office of National Coordinator for Health Information Technology through the ARRA 2009, for the continued development of the Health Information Exchange. (2)Further authorize to establish Class 046 consultant positions for the purpose of developing Health Information Exchange software and interfaces for health care providers. Effective upon G&C approval through February 7, 2014. 100% ARRA Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
