Authorize to amend an agreement with NFI North Inc., Contoocook, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 11-9-11, item #110A), to expand the transitional housing program by eight beds, by increasing the price by $1,258,490 from $15,143,904 to $16,402,394. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. (2)Further authorize to amend a retroactive sole source agreement with NFI North Inc., Contoocook, NH, to provide vocational development and recycling services, by increasing the price by $80,574 from $16,402,394 to $16,482,968. Effective January 1, 2012 through June 30, 2015. (3)Further authorize to make a payment of $33,430.50 from the above funds to pay for the recycling services for the period of January 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. (4)Further authorize to amend an agreement with NFI North Inc., Contoocook, NH, by replacing the current contract language regarding the amount of funds to be collected from clients for food and rent with a client collection policy. 0.5% Other, 51% General, 48.5% Federal Funds.
