Authorize to retroactively budget and expend the balance of a State Small Business Credit Initiative grant award from the US Department of Treasury in the amount of $3,009,272 (originally approved by G&C on 6-22-11, item #82A), for the purpose of providing credit assistance to small businesses. (2)Further authorize to amend a retroactive sole source agreement with the NH Business Finance Authority, Concord, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 7-13-11, item #38), for administration, oversight, reporting and support services in compliance with the SSBCI grant award. No Additional Funding. Effective July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
