Authorize the Division of Emergency Services and Communications to amend a sole source contract with Northern New England Telephone Operations LLC d/b/a FairPoint Communications NNE, (originally approved by G&C on 11-15-06, item #153), to provide telephone network services for the Enhanced 911 system, by increasing the amount by $594,008.52 from $4,521,181.84 to $5,115,190.36, and by extending the end date from October 11, 2013 to October 11, 2014, with the option to renew from October 11, 2014 to October 11, 2015. 100% Agency Income.
