Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell a 0.36+/- of an acre portion of the US Route 3 (Daniel Webster Highway) Limited Access Right of Way located on the easterly side of the Daniel Webster Highway/US Route 3 in the City of Nashua directly to the abutters Chester and Shirley Coulombe or their assigns, for $21,100 which includes a $1,100 administrative fee. Effective upon G&C approval.
