Authorize the Bureau of Construction to amend a contract with A.B. Logging Inc., Lancaster, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-13, item #237), for the construction of a new scenic overlook with views of the Presidential Range and the Mount Washington Hotel on the south side of US 302, opposite the existing overlook in Carroll, by increasing the amount by $175,000 from $704,869.75 to $879,869.75. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
