Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with SRS Petroleum Services Corp., Bridgewater, MA, for new fueling facility and removing the existing fueling facility at the Kinston Patrol Shed, on the basis of a low bid of $312,450. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $31,245 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through November 22, 2013. 100% Capital Budget Funds.
