Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Alvin J. Coleman & Son Inc., Conway, NH, for the reconstruction and realignment of NH Route 110 through the City of Berlin, on the basis of a low bid of $4,074,356.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $203,717.83 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 25, 2015. 80% Federal, 20% City Funds.
