Authorize the Bureau of Traffic to enter into a contract with Green Mountain Communications Inc., Pembroke, NH, for the purpose of providing Statewide intelligent transportation systems field-device repairs, on the basis of a low bid of $193,950. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds for FY 2014, and 80% Federal, 20% Highway Funds for FY 2015.
