Description
Authorize State Surplus Distribution to enter into a sole source service contract with James R. St. Jean Auctioneers, Epping, NH. There is no charge to the State of NH for the auctioneer services and the auctioneer’s revenue will be achieved with a 10% Buyers fee. The auctioneer will reimburse the State of NH 1.25% of the selling price of municipal, nonprofit and court ordered property. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2014.
