Authorize to amend a contract with FM Generator Inc., Canton, MA, (originally approved by G&C on 12-19-12, item #21), to add two locations for generator maintenance services, and to allow in the future for the Department to add and remove services, provided the associated fees will not exceed the enumerated price limitation of $200,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2015. No Additional Funding.
