Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Kirk Fenoff & Son Excavating, LLC, Danville, VT, on the basis of a low bid of $1,013,144.89 for replacement of a concrete box culvert carrying an unnamed stream under NH 135 in Bath, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $110,314.49 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 17, 2025, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
