Authorize to accept a donation from Franklin Public Library in the form of no cost lease space for the purpose of offering employment support to residents in the Franklin and Tilton areas as needed, with a value estimated to be $1,500 per year. (2)Further authorize to lease space at no cost from Franklin Public Library upon G&C approval through September 18, 2016 in order to achieve the above-stated purpose, with the option to renew for additional one year increments.
