Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Historic Sites to retroactively budget and expend an Economic development Initiative-Special Project grant from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development in the amount of $205,800 (originally approved by G&C on 1-25-12, item #38), for restoration work at the Robert Frost Farm in Derry, NH. Effective July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on September 13, 2013.
