Description
Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to enter into an Agreement with Haley & Aldrich, Inc., Bedford, NH, for an amount not to exceed $500,000, for contaminated and hazardous materials for various transportation projects located throughout the State. Effective upon G&C approval through April 30, 2029.
