Description

Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to accept and expend Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency in the amount of $811,162 for the implementation of cost-effective mitigation projects. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on September 13, 2013.
