Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the Department of Safety, Division of State Police, for the purpose of reimbursing the cost for advanced cyber security and incident response training and Risk Assessment & Security Operations Center equipment, for a total amount of $54,558. Effective upon G&C approval through May 31, 2014. 100% Federal Funds. (2)Further authorize the Division of State Police to accept and expend $54,558 of federal funds from the NH Department of Safety, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management for the purpose of reimbursing the cost for advanced cyber security and incident response training and incident response training and Risk Assessment & Security Operations Center equipment.
