Description
Authorize the Bureau of Environment to enter into two individual agreements with the firms of ATC Group Services Inc., Manchester, NH, and Stantec Consulting Services Inc., Auburn, NH, for hazardous materials site assessment for various projects and facilities located throughout the State, for an amount not to exceed $400,000 each. Effective upon G&C approval through October 31, 2016.
