Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with CPM Constructors Inc., Freeport, ME, for replacement of the existing US 4 bridge across the Connecticut River located between the City of Lebanon, NH and the Town of Hartford, VT, on the basis of a low bid of $10,625,529.45. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $531,276.47 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 24, 2016. 94% Federal, 6% Municipal Funds.
