Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Severino Trucking Co. Inc., Candia, NH, for replacement of 4 red list bridges, and the rehabilitation of 1 red list bridge located at the I-293 Exit 4 interchange in the City of Manchester, on the basis of a low bid of $26,201,114.53. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $786,033.44 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through November 18, 2016. 100% Turnpike Funds.
