Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with S.U.R Construction Inc., Rochester, NH, for roadway rehabilitation and widening on NH 28 at its intersection with Stockbridge Corner Road in Alton, on the basis of a low bid of $1,491,495. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $149,149.50 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 17, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
