Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a Loan Agreement with the Mount Washington Railway, Base Station Road, Mount Washington, NH, for the construction of a diesel locomotive, in an amount not to exceed $750,000. Effective upon G&C approval through March 31, 2034. 100% General Funds – Capital. (2)Further authorize the amount of $7,500 for payment to the DOT, Bureau of Rail and Transit for monitoring and compliance of the loan agreement. 100% Other – Fee Revenue.
