Description
Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to amend a contract with McFarland-Johnson, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/30/18, Item #30), for preliminary design of improvements to a five-mile section of NH Route 108 in the cities of Dover, Somersworth, and Rochester, NH, by extending the completion date from December 31, 2025 to June 30, 2026. (2) Further authorize to increase the fee in the amount of $227,625.69 from $1,442,102.61 to $1,669,728.30. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
