Authorize to enter into a sole source contract amendment with The Atom Group, LLC, Portsmouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10/4/22, Item #15), by increasing the price limitation by $250,000 from $448,936.40 to $698,936.40 and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2026 to December 31, 2028, for the purpose of providing additional hours of cybersecurity negations and assessments for the State of New Hampshire.
