Authorize to enter into a sole source contract amendment with The Atom Group, LLC, Portsmouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/8/23, Item #16), by increasing the price limitation by $257,600 from $1,900,705 to $2,158,305, and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2027 to December 31, 2028, for the purpose of providing Cyber Security Training and Exercise services to Municipalities, K-12 SAUs, Local Utility Commissions, and State Agencies throughout the State of New Hampshire.
