Authorize, on the behalf of the Department of Safety, to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Tech Mahindra Americas Inc., Plano, TX (originally approved by G&C on 6/15/22, Item #63), by increasing the price limitation by $644,855 from $12,118,240 to $12,763,095, with no change to the completion date to procure technical consulting services for the Division of Motor Vehicles Licensing System, VISION, to add three resources for a period of twelve months to implement a AAMVA State-to-State Driver History Record National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners platform to meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration compliance requirements. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds
