Description
Authorize the Division of Agricultural Development to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing sole source agreement with Farm Financial Analysis Services, Dover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11/29/23, Item #38), for providing specialized farm financial analysis services for farmers to address root causes of stress, mental health issues, and suicide by extending the completion date from September 30, 2024 to June 30, 2026, with no change to the price limitation of $30,000. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% General Fund
