Description
Authorize to enter into a 20 year Driveway Use Agreement with Bindery Redevelopment LLC, to provide public vehicular access to the rear corner of the Bindery Redevelopment parcel located at 43-45 South Main Street in Concord using the abutting State-owned driveway, which also provides rear access from South Main Street to the State land and buildings located at 12 Hills Ave in Concord. Bindery Redevelopment LLC will not be charged for the use of the driveway but rather will assume sole responsibility for driveway repavement, maintenance, and snow removal throughout the term of the agreement. Effective upon G&C approval.
