Description
Authorize to amend a contract with First Data Services LLC, Delaware, (originally approved by G&C on 7-16-08, item #23) for Merchant Card processing services, by extending the completion date from September 1, 2013 to January 1, 2014. Funding for this service shall be paid through a transaction fee that is deducted from the gross revenue of each respective transaction.
