Authorize the Bureau of Population Health and Community Services, Healthy Eating and Physical Activity Section, Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program, to enter into an agreement with Community Action Program of Belknap and Merrimack Counties Inc., Concord, NH, to provide administrative oversight for the implementation of the Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program in NH, in an amount not to exceed $173,810. Effective October 1, 2013 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through September 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
