Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with FIAI Inc., d/b/a Cross Insurance, Manchester, NH, to purchase property insurance coverage for the Winnipesaukee River Basin Program for a total cost not to exceed $28,415. Effective September 1, 2013 through September 1, 2014. 100% WRBP Funds. (2)Further retroactively authorize a waiver of the requirement for the purchase of liability insurance for the period of July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014.
