Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to pay FY 2014 annual membership dues to the International Registration Plan Inc, Arlington, VA, a subsidiary of the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators, for an amount not to exceed $11,600. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014. 100% Highway Funds.
