Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to pay sole source, for National Motor Vehicle Title Information System annual service and support to the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators, Arlington, VA, in an amount not to exceed $11,624. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014. 100% Highway Funds.
