Authorize the Bureau of Traffic to enter into an agreement with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc., Bedford, NH, and Watertown, NY, to develop and implement optimized traffic signal timing plans for approximately 65 signalized intersections in the air quality non-attainment areas of the State, for a total amount not to exceed $264,839. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
