Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with L.A. Drew Inc., Intervale, NH, for safety improvements at the intersection of NH Route 25 and Fox Hollow Road in Moultonborough, on the basis of a low bid of $498,345. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $49,834.50 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through May 30, 2014. 71% Highway, 29% Town Funds.
