Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for pavement rehabilitation along 2.6 miles of NH Route 9 in Keene/Roxbury and 0.3 miles of NH Route 10 in Swanzey, on the basis of a low bid of $2,842,355. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $142,117.75 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 1, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
