Authorize the Division of Fire Standards & Training and Emergency Medical Services to enter into a sole source agreement with Interstate Emergency Unit Fire Mutual Aid, Stratham, NH, to provide four Firefighter certification courses in Rockingham County, in an amount not to exceed $156,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Fire and EMS Funds.
