Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office, for the purchase and installation of ergonomic furniture and six LED monitors at the Rockingham County Dispatch Center for a total amount of $41,115. Effective upon G&C approval through May 31, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
