Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Piermont for the purchase of equipment to support the community’s local Emergency Operations Center at the Town’s meetinghouse for a total amount of $6,263. Effective upon G&C approval through May 31, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
