Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for roadway rehabilitation on 6.7 miles of I-93 in Littleton from Exit 42 north to the Vermont border, on the basis of a low bid of $16,154,590.34. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $807,729.52 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 28, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
