Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving Inc., Londonderry, NH, for pavement rehabilitation along 4.1 miles of NH Route 125 to the south of US 4 (Traffic Circle) in Lee, on the basis of a low bid of $1,292,362.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $64,618.13 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 27, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
