Description
Authorize the Bureau of Purchase and Property to enter into a contract with FIA Card Services, N.A., a Bank of America Company, for the administration of a Procurement Card (P-Card) program in the capacity of an intermediary and administrator for the purchase and financial processing of low dollar purchases. Effective upon G&C approval through May 31, 2016.
