Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with the University of NH Technology Transfer Center through the University of NH Office of Sponsored Research, Durham, NH, to procure maintenance for the Mosaic Parcel Map and Equalization System, which updates and improves the means by which DRA collects and processes data from the municipalities to develop municipal property tax rates, for a fee not to exceed $958,460. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% General Funds.
