Authorize to retroactively amend an existing contract with Lutheran Community Services Inc., Concord, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 3-28-12, item #55), for vocational English for Speakers of Other Languages and employer-based training, by changing the terms of payment, and related terms of the contract. Effective May 1, 2013 through September 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
