Authorize to enter into an agreement with JSI Research & Training Institute Inc., d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH, to provide a broad range of programmatic support services across a number of public health programs to include public health strategic planning, needs assessment, training and technical assistance; implementation of health communications campaigns; and a coordinated system for the placement of clinical health providers in areas of State designated as being medically underserved, in an amount not to exceed $1,362,200. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015. 86.53% Federal, 11.01% Other (Rebates), 2.46% General Funds.
