Description

Authorize the Bureau of Population Health and Community Services, Oral Health Program, to enter into agreements with vendors, as detailed in letter dated June 18, 2013, for an amount not to exceed $269,288, to provide access to preventive and reparative dental treatment for individuals participating in the statewide school-based and/or community-based dental programs. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 44.7% Federal, 55.3% General Funds.
