Authorize to enter into an agreement with The New Hampshire Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors Association, Gilford, NH, to provide training and workforce development activities for alcohol and other drug abuse prevention, intervention, treatment, and recovery support professionals, in an amount not to exceed $346,000.
