Authorize the Special Medical Services Section to enter into an agreement with Joseph Fish, Ph.D., Psychologists, Goffstown, NH, to provide psychological services to children with special health care needs and their families, in an amount not to exceed $122,270. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 30% Federal, 70% General Funds.
