Authorize the Division of Career Technology and Adult Learning to retroactively enter into a renewal lease agreement with McCarthy Properties, West Wareham, MA, for 3,120 square feet of office space, Concord, NH, for a total cost of $174,551.25 which includes provision of all services and utilities with the exception of janitorial, telephone and data services. Effective July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
