Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to enter into an agreement with GM2 Associates Inc., Concord, NH, for the preliminary design for the replacement of the Red List bridge carrying US Route 4 over Bunker Creek in the Town of Durham, for an amount not to exceed $464,496.40. Effective upon G&C approval through July 31, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
